Master Plan, Preliminary/Final Development Plan/Plat approval of 86 single-family residential units and 51,000 sf of commercial space including retail and office uses, a service station, and a restaurant on 48.3-acres of land. The project was one of the first in Santa Fe County to utilize Transfer of Development Rights, a program that encourages density increases in exchange for the permanent preservation of open space. *Active project

Master Plan approval of 520 residential units with four housing types, a neighborhood center, and an elementary school site, on 244-acres. The residential housing featured 239-detached residential units (6000 sf lots), 135-detached residential units (10,000 sf lots), 40-townhome units, thirty-six (36) 2nd floor live/work units and 70 multifamily apartment units. The mixed-use neighborhood center featured 29,117 sf of commercial space, and 2nd floor live/work units. *Active project

· Approval gained for 7 phases of development (approx. 800 lots), Golf Club House, Swim & Tennis Facility, Hospitality House and Pro Shop, Equestrian Facility, Golf Maintenance Facility, Retail Development and Sales Office
· Land planning for Estates IV, V, VII, Club Casitas, Ranch Estates, Golf Clubhouse, Golf Practice Park, Health Club and Equestrian Facility.
